Kalamata olives
They are one of the best known sorts of Greek olives. They are collected when totally ripe and dark in color from November until Christmas time. Kalamata olives of “LIVELIA” are of the finest texture and color and they are an excellent choice of high flavor and nutritional value.

They are also known as “donkey olives” due to their size or green olives. Their cultivation has taken place in Arkadia for a long time. Their main features are their strong taste and pleasant bitterness along with their crunchiness. They are the best choice for a Mediterranean dish.
